CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS QUALITY CONTROL TECHNICIAN

Scheduling and executing testing, sampling, and inspection services for construction quality control (QC) and quality assurance (QA) projects
Preparation of daily and regular field reports
Coordination with Premier’s project manager and the client
Laboratory testing certification is a plus but not necessary
Minimum Requirements:
Necessary national and/or statewide certifications (ACI, ATTI) required for testing soil, aggregate, asphalt, and concrete
2+ years of experience in materials testing services
Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
Willingness to learn new tests and techniques (attitude is everything!)

CIVIL ENGINEER

Ability to take plans from conceptual design to final plans, as well as preparation of maps & plans for subdivision & land / site development projects.
Experienced with roadway design, grading, drainage, utility design & earthwork calculations, hydrology / hydraulic experience
Responsible for the design layout of grading, street improvements and underground utilities
Experience with various commercial site development, large residential subdivisions.
Knowledge of jurisdictional codes, standards & procedures
Autocad Civil 3D software experience
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
Licensed (PE) engineer is preferred but not required. Or path towards license is preferred
At least 4 or more years of experience in Civil Engineering (land / site development or infrastructure project experience)
